Product Price

Prices displayed on the domestic site are inclusive of Japanese consumption tax.
 For international orders (UK, Germany, Denmark, France, Taiwan), handling of VAT and import taxes depends on destination and order value. If taxes are collected at checkout, the price will be VAT-inclusive; otherwise, import duties, import taxes, and any customs clearance fees are borne by the customer and payable to the carrier upon delivery.

Charges Other Than the Product Price

  • Shipping: varies by destination and weight. Please see the Shipping Policy page page for the latest country-specific tables (we do not duplicate the tables here).
  • Possible foreign exchange or payment processor fees charged by your card issuer/payment service
  • For international shipments where taxes are not collected at checkout: import duties, import taxes/VAT, and customs clearance fees borne by the customer

Defective Items (including damage or mis-shipment)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt via the Contact Form. We may ask for photos of the item, outer carton, and packing materials for verification. After confirmation, we will arrange a replacement shipment at our cost or a refund of the product price and the original shipping charge.
 Note: variations and patina explicitly described on the product page (e.g., kiln effects, individual differences) are not considered defects.

Returns / Right of Withdrawal (Customer’s Convenience)

For defective products only (including damaged or incorrectly shipped products), please contact us via the Contact Form within 14 days of receiving the product.If you would like more information on this, please see our Refund Policy page.

Delivery / Dispatch Timing

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–7 business days after confirmation. For made-to-order items, oversized works, or items scheduled after an exhibition closes, the specific timing is shown on each product page. For multi-item orders, combined or split shipments are handled according to our operational rules.
