Items classified as Oversized/Non-standard are excluded from the flat rates. A product-specific shipping fee will apply and be clearly indicated on the product page.

We dispatch within 2–7 business days after order confirmation. Made-to-order items, large works, post-exhibition shipments, and peak seasons may differ (see product page).
Estimated transit time: Asia 3–7 business days / Europe 5–12 business days (subject to customs and carrier conditions).
Note: Transit times are approximate and may vary depending on customs clearance, local delivery conditions, and seasonal factors.

We use Yamato Transport International TA-Q-BIN (Kuroneko Yamato) or equivalent international courier services. A tracking number will be emailed after dispatch.

Unless otherwise stated, international shipments are delivered DAP (duties, import taxes/VAT, and customs clearance fees payable by the customer upon delivery). Where taxes are collected at checkout, amounts will be shown before payment.

For safety, an order may ship in multiple parcels (at no extra charge). Orders containing oversized items may ship separately from standard items.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or long absence, reshipment and any incurred duties/taxes will be charged to the customer.

If your order arrives damaged/defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of receipt via the Contact Form. We may request photos including the outer carton and packing. After verification, we will replace at our cost or refund (product price + original shipping).
