I make tableware and fish sculptures using only Mashiko materials.
I love fishing in both rivers and seas, so my hobby has turned into a job.

Biography

1948 | Born in Mashiko Town
1968 | Studied under Fujio Narui
1973 | Established a kiln in Mashiko Town and became independent
2000 | Started making ceramic fish in addition to tableware
2013 | First Haruo Oshima Fish Sculptures Exhibition at Toko Gallery
